- Uploaded Documents: Files you upload are processed in temporary memory (RAM) solely for the purpose of generating the analysis. They are not stored on our servers and are automatically deleted immediately after processing or within 24 hours max.
- Usage Data: We may collect anonymous usage data (e.g., number of pages processed) to improve our service.
- Payment Data: We do not store or see your credit card information. All payments are securely processed by Paddle.com.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the AI summarization service.
- To verify your purchase/license status (via your email or license key).
3. Third‑Party Services
We use trusted third‑party services to operate:
- Paddle: For payment processing.
- OpenAI: For AI text generation. Your text data is sent via API for processing but is not used to train their models.
- Supabase: To store license keys and credit counts (we do not store your files here).
4. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser Local Storage to save your preferences and track your free usage limits (credits). By using the site, you agree to this necessary data storage.
5. Your Rights
Since we do not require account creation, we hold very little personal data. If you have purchased a license and wish for your email to be removed from our license database, please contact support@justaskpdf.com.
