Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. User Accounts & Access

No Login Required: You do not need to create an account to use basic features.
Lifetime Access: If you purchase a "Lifetime" or "One-time" pass, access is granted via a License Key or valid Email verification.
Fair Use: "Lifetime" access is subject to a fair use policy of 50 documents per month to prevent abuse of our API resources. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend users generating excessive automated traffic.

4. Refunds

Since we offer a digital service with significant server costs (AI processing):

Pay‑per‑use: These purchases are non‑refundable once the service has been rendered (document processed).
Lifetime Access: We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee if the software does not work as described and our support team cannot fix the issue.
